Five Tigers earn All-SEC; Adams snubbed
Five Auburn players were named to the Associated Press All-Southeastern Conference Teams Monday including first-team defensive end Antonio Coleman, who led the SEC with 15.5 tackles-for-loss and 9.0 sacks this season.
Sophomore wide receiver Darvin Adams, who was fourth in the SEC with 48 receptions, third with 855 receiving yards and tied for first with 10 receiving touchdowns was not one of the five receivers named to the first- and second-team.
A senior, Coleman collected 45 total tackles, an interception which he returned for a touchdown against Mississippi State, a blocked kick, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery.
