Another in-state offer has gone out as Clemson's coaches have made a move on this 6-foot-1, 180-pound quarterback who first pushed himself on the Tigers' recruiting radar with a stellar performance at June's Dabo Swinney Camp. Clemson's staff called in the verbal offer to his coach earlier in the week. On Saturday, the signal-caller visited Clemson and received the offer-letter in person from Swinney.
