Damascus (Md.) athlete Brandon Phelps has seen his offer totals surpass the 20-mark in recent weeks. One of the more recent offers for the 6-0, 175-pound prospect came from Michigan, and a visit to Ann Arbor is being considered for later this month.

Michigan assistant coach Tony Dews is Phelps' area recruiter and he informed the Maryland based prospect of his offer from the Wolverines last month.
