The tail end of the May evaluation period is becoming the busiest time of the recruiting cycle for USC coaches. Junipero Serra (Calif.) defensive end Jason Gibson was the latest player to get an evaluation from coaches and, as a result, received an offer from the Trojans on Thursday.
