This weekend's Texas State 7-on-7 Tournament featured a lot of talent, but there may not have been another player in the entire tournament that dominated the competition the way UT commitment Jaxon Shipley did. The blue-chip receiver has added some size and strength to his frame, and it was too much for the defenders to handle.
