Downingtown East High School in Exton, Pa. has become a popular stopping spot for the Rutgers coaching staff. A member of its 2010 recruiting class hails from that school while a 2011 prospect has also committed to Rutgers. One RU offer has already gone out to a member of Downingtown East's 2012 class and another member of that class is hoping to follow suit.
