University of San Mateo's Rahsaan Vaughn was one of the top wide receivers in the Bay area coming out of high school, and the 6-foot-1, 190-pound wideout was recently named the top wide receiver in the country by JCGridiron.com. So it comes as no surprise that the University of Georgia, likely to lose both starters in senior Kris Durham and probable top five draft pick A.J. Green, made the call last week to offer Vaughn.
