As Southern Miss fans reflect on the 2010 season, most will lament on what could have been. Most of the Golden Eagle faithful will look on the year with disappointment. Those feelings won't come because the team wasn't good or because they didn't make improvements, because the Eagles were clearly a good team and they did show marked improvement from a year ago.
