One of the top remaining Rutgers targets of this recruiting season has the Scarlet Knights in his final three choices as signing day draws near. For Cerritos (Ca.) Community College offensive lineman Fou Fonoti, the final two years of his college career will be spent either near the Pacific Ocean, the Great Lakes or on the Banks of the Raritan.
