Mountain Ridge High School athlete Jarrod Harper always knew he wanted to play college football in Morgantown. So on Tuesday he made that dream a reality by becoming the first member of WVU's 2012 recruiting class.

"It's a dream come true. It's always been my dream to go to West Virginia," he said. "Just the proximity and WVU has always been my favorite school. It's just the way they play the game, they play fast."
