Dayne Crist used to be the presumptive face of Notre Dame football. These days the former five-star recruit with the eight-star personality just wants to be the first man in, again. Crist walked into the Guglielmino Center on Friday morning with dueling scars and a bulky left knee brace. He also walked in with a bill of health cleaner than just about anyone expected.
