Will Hines was the first scholarship offer sent out by Notre Dame during the spring evaluation period in mid-April. Since then the cornerback from Waco, Texas, has been keeping in touch with Kerry Cooks and hopes to make a summer visit as he tours some programs. Hines likes what he knows about the Irish so far and how their recruiting class is shaping up at defensive back.
