Rutgers football training camp finished today, leaving the Scarlet Knights one week to prepare for their opener against North Carolina Central. The unquestioned on-field leader of the offense, sophomore quarterback Chas Dodd, enters the season occupying a much different role than he did in 2010 as a true freshman backup to Tom Savage.
