Not only are new members of Tennessee's coaching staff still getting to know the layout of the Vols' headquarters at Neyland-Thompson Sports Complex, but they're also continuing to build relationships with recruits they've only known for several weeks. One such relationship that's in the budding stages is new tight ends and special teams coach Charlie Coiner and four-star tight end Hunter Henry of Little Rock, Ark.
