The Illini staff are hot after 2013, 4-star shooting guard Xavier Rathan-Mayes from Huntington Prep (WV). The 6-foot-2, 175 pound prospect, who claims over 20 scholarship offers, was recently paid a visit by an Illinois assistant coach.
