While watching his highlight reel, it's hard to fathom that at one time Jacksonville (Fla.) Trinity Christian four-star safety Nick Washington would have rather been anywhere other than out on a football field.

Today he has a reputation as a hard hitting safety, but back then he was more worried about staying clean rather than cleaning the clock of opposing ball carriers.
