Column: Tough decisions for Fisher this weekend

Florida State head coach Jimbo Fisher will have some difficult decisions to make Saturday. Those decisions won't have anything to do with game-planning but everything to do with how he handles his personnel.
Savannah State (0-1) from the MEAC conference is probably the worst opponent to ever set foot in Doak Campbell Stadium. That isn't a knock on the Tiger players or coaches, who are surely working hard preparing for Saturday's David versus Goliath match-up. Problem is that Goliath is an 800-pound gorilla and David is a banana.
The Tigers simply have no business being on the same field with Florida State, currently ranked No. 6 in both the AP and Coaches' polls. Savannah State was a last-minute replacement for West Virginia, which pulled out of the contracted match-up just eight months ago.
