Wildcats largely mum as showdown nears
It's a near certainty during those seasons when Kansas State achieves big things that the Wildcats further tighten those shoelaces and lessen their talk. On Tuesday, senior quarterback Collin Klein became the lone player spokesperson during the program's weekly media event. While silence filled one room at the Vanier Football Complex four days before the annual clash against Kansas, the Governor's Cup Trophy occupied a trophy case in the lobby.
