Locust Grove (Ga.) has a history of producing BCS-level defensive backs and 2014 safety Cortez McDowell is the latest star from Luella to earn multiple offers. Both Georgia and Georgia Tech have offered McDowell scholarships and the Jackets are very much in play. The Jackets already have a former Locust Grove star playing in their secondary in Rod Sweeting.
