Al Groh and the Virginia staff took a long look at pro-style quarterback Scott Deke in camp and saw exactly what they wanted to see … a Virginia kind of quarterback. At 6-3 207 pounds Deke has good size for a collegiate quarterback while his 4.7 speed allows him to be elusive enough to avoid pressure.
