Notre Dame's junior day on Jan. 14 featured some of the top prospects from across the nation. Included in that group was Doug Beaumont, a 5-foot-9, 176-pound receiver from Kentucky and a member of the Rivals.com Top 100 juniors to watch. Beaumont spent last season keeping an eye on the Irish offense, which ended the year as the nation's most improved.
