Buckeyes survive scare, advance to semis

BuckeyeGrove.com The only other time Ohio State entered the Big Ten tournament as the No. 1 seed, the Buckeyes were upset by ninth-seeded Penn State, 71-66 in 2000.
For about 27 minutes, it looked like history was going to repeat itself. With just more than 13 minutes remaining in the game, Penn State increased its lead to a game-high 12 points on a three-pointer by Mike Walker.
