Running back wants to learn more about CSU

GoldandGreenNews.com With four scholarship offers in hand, Raymore-Peculiar, Mo., running back Derrick Washington has a number of options for where he can play college football. The Colorado State coaching staff had a chance to see this senior-to-be live at a combine in Kansas City. That combine was enough for the Rams to extend an offer.
"I had been getting letters and I sent them my highlight tape. They sent me a text message and I didn't hear much from them. Then it was the Wednesday after that, they talked to my coach and he told me the offered."
Being from the state of Missouri, Washington is not familiar with Colorado State program but that may change in the near future.
