Less than a week after the Pitt coaching staff received its third commitment from the class of 2007, the Panthers added another prospect to the ranks when Florida cornerback Anthony Jackson accepted a scholarship offer.

Jackson, who goes by the nickname 'Buddy,' earned the offer at Pitt's camp this week, and he spoke with the Pantherlair on his way to the Pittsburgh airport.

The Panthers were Jackson's first offer, and the Cypress Bay (Weston, Fla.) corner may be the very definition of 'sleeper.'
