Video: Future Bulldog is an All-American
The University of Georgia picked up a verbal commitment from Wadesboro (N.C.) - Anson County offensive lineman Trinton Sturdivant early in the spring. Sturdivant was well known then with over thirty scholarships offers. This future Dawg is now an Army All-American and you can see photos and video inside.
Sturdivant was recognized today at Anson County High School as one of the top high school football players by the U.S. Army.
He was selected to play in the Army All-American in early January and UGASports.com traveled up to Wadesboro (N.C.) to cover the event.
We filmed the ceremony and you will be able to see Sturdivant officially become an Army All-American in this video.
This video shows you Sturdivant getting his jersey from a military official, it shows him putting it on, giving thanks to those around him, and much, much more.
We also talked with Sturdivant after the ceremony was complete to ask him how it felt to be an All-Amercian.
