Q: What was your reaction when you heard about the resignation?



Drew Weatherford: It was a complete surprise to all of us. Nobody really found out until we went into our meetings. Xavier (Lee) and I were sitting there talking to Coach Dickey and we could tell something was wrong. He broke the news to us. It is obviously upsetting. You spend so much time with a guy in the last three years that I have been here and to know that he is not going to be our offensive coordinator any more is upsetting.
