The big stats-revisited

Devils Illustrated In preseason, we broke down Duke's chances of a successful football season hinging on six statistical categories.

Now that the season is over, how did Duke perform in these pivotal areas? The final 0-12 record should answer that question without a ton of analysis, but just for emphasis let's review the crucial six pack of stats examined in preseason.
1) Average Starting Field Position
A kicking game that struggled much of the year, an offense that was frustratingly inconsistent, and a defense that had a tendency to give up big plays is not a good formula for establishing good field position.
