The Commonwealth of Virginia is loaded with talent in the 2008 class. One of the players to keep an eye on is Virginia Beach (Va.) Bayside quarterback E.J. Manuel. The 6-foot-4, 205-pounder already has a few offers and is getting interest from schools including Virginia Tech.

"I know he's already got offers from Duke, Marshall and North Carolina," Bayside head coach Darnell Moore said. "He's also getting looks from Maryland, Purdue, Georgia, Florida State, Miami, Michigan, West Virginia, Virginia and Virginia Tech.
