UA win important regardless of opponent

GOAZCATS.com In ASU's nine Pac-10 home games this season, the Sun Devils, despite having one of the worst records in the history of the Pac-10 conference, have lost by an average of 3.7 points. In the second half of the Sun Devils' Pac-10 home slate - games against Washington, Washington State, UCLA, USC and Arizona - ASU has lost by an average of one point.
In games against the Pac-10's top four teams, ASU lost to UCLA by six, Washington State by one, Oregon by five and defeated USC by 10.
As a comparison, at home, Arizona lost to UCLA by 15, Washington State by six, Oregon by two and USC by five.
