Rivals250 to watch 2008 quarterback E.J. Manuel is the next Hampton Roads quarterback to keep an eye on. The Hokies pulled out five-star quarterback Tyrod Taylor last year, but are serious about Manuel having offered the 6-foot-5, 205-pounder last week.

The talented junior quarterback said his top five consists of Maryland, Miami, Virginia Tech, Virginia and UCLA.
