Offensive line gets stronger in practice 9
The Georgia offensive line got some good news and bad news as they hit the practice field for the ninth time this spring on Monday. Georgia got redshirt freshman Josh Davis back from his knee injury, but true freshman Tanner Strickland ran afoul of the law and is facing punishment from head coach Mark Richt.
Strickland has a warrant out for his arrest and faces a misdemeanor charge of Possession of False Identification after a police sting nabbed a ring who allegedly supplied Strickland and other UGA students with false identification.
If the charges remain a misdemeanor Strickland will face punishment from coach Richt and not the mandatory two-game suspension that a felony gets a first time offender on the football team.
