Evans battles through Injuries
Sophomore starting field corner Bryan Evans knows a thing or two about recovering from injuries. Evans missed his first G-Day in 2006 with a neck injury and missed some of fall camp with a sprained MCL that was supposed to keep him out for several games. Evans bounced back from his previous injuries quickly and came back stronger each time. After breaking his wrist in the G-Day game this spring, Evans expects to be ready when fall camp opens in August in preparation for the 2007 season opener against Oklahoma State.
Looking back at his previous injuries Evans thinks evolution into a starting corner was delayed as he missed so much practice time in the spring and fall.
