Crescent City (Fla.) defensive end/tight end Toshmon Stevens has an offer list approaching double digits, and he will begin taking unofficial visits in the near future.

"My dad wants me to wait until August to take some visits," the 6-foot-6, 215-pound Stevens said. "We're going to go see NC State, Clemson, South Carolina and maybe Virginia Tech."

Stevens, who runs the 40-yard dash in 4.65 seconds, likes what NC State has to offer.

"They were the first school to offer me, and that meant something to me," he said. "I've heard a lot of things about them and seen things on the internet, but I want to see what it's like in person."
