Q&A with CU's most recent commitment

BuffStampede.com Curtis Cunningham committed to Colorado last week over scholarship offers from nine other Division-1 programs including Stanford, Arizona State, Washington State, Kansas and Utah. The 6-foot-1.5, 265-pound defensive tackle from Littleton (Colo.) Columbine took time out to talk with Rivals.com about his decision.
Have you felt a sense of relief since you made your college decision last week? Curtis Cunningham: "Definitely. Now that I have the college choice made, I can just focus on my senior season."
Walk me through your commitment to CU. Which coach did you talk to and what was their reaction? "I called Coach Hawkins and I told him I wanted to be a Buff. It went from there and the coaches just passed the phone around. They were all congratulating me on making my decision."
