Doege's not giving up
It was around this time last year when Frenship senior Seth Doege was beginning to go through rehab after blowing out his left knee due to an ACL injury. A little more than 365 days later, it's once again the same story for one of the state's top signal callers.
Two weeks ago, Doege was enjoying the middle of his team's fall camp. Everything was falling into place as the former Crane High School transfer was finally enjoying time behind his center Mason Walters and getting on the field again. That's when an all too familiar feeling struck through Doege's body, this time coming from the opposite knee.
After the MRI results came in the next morning, Doege's gut feeling was confirmed.
