Sesay To Visit Tech?
If there was a knock on Texas Tech's recruiting during the Mike Leach Era, it was his apparent inability to sign talented defensive linemen. However, over the last two signing classes, Leach and Co. have quieted their critics by pulling in several talented D-Linemen. This trend appears to be continuing in the '08 class, with underrated defensive ends Joey Fowler and Ryan Haliburton already in the fold. The Red Raiders have also added a re-commitment from former player and current four-star recruit McKinner Dixon, who is making his way back to the Hub City after leaving for academic reasons.
However, Tech's coaches aren't done yet. Not even close. They have their eyes set on another defensive lineman, and his name is Brandon Sesay.
Sesay, who initially signed with Georgia out of high school over offers from powerhouse schools like Florida, Tennessee, LSU, and others, is now at the College of the Sequoias in California, and is glad to be there.
