Looking back at Kansas State

The Jayhawks started by falling behind against Kansas State. With the game being the first on the road Mangino liked the way his team put that behind them and came back for the victory.

"I thought the kids played well as a unit," Mangino said. "It was a total team effort. They created some adversity for themselves and overcame it. There are areas we need to improve like tackling and communication on defense. On offense we need to polish up pass routes."
