Even without its 'Train' ASU stays on track
If this had been last year (or the year before that or the year before that or the year
well, you get the gist), the Sun Devils would have likely had their unblemished record hobble off the field along with their best offensive player, as was the case when Ryan Torain left on crutches with a foot sprain and ASU trailing 17-13 at halftime.
But for these Sun Devils?
Even with no Torain, no No. 1 receiver (Mike Jones), and no No. 1 tight end (Brent Miller), it's no problem.
The "Train" may have been temporarily derailed, but the Sun Devils kept on the tracks, outscoring Washington 31-3 in the second half for a convincing 44-20 win.
