Miscellaneous
Nine in a row: Leigh Tiffin connected on nine consecutive field goals from the Tennessee game through the Mississippi State game. Ironically, he finished the season better from 40 yards and beyond (9 of 14, 64.3%) than he did from the 30-39 range (3 of 6, 50%).

Return yardage: Javier Arenas' 904 total return yards gave him an 82.2 per game in all-purpose yardage, second on the team behind Grant.

One-stop shopping: A total of 13 Alabama players finished the season with one tackle: Forress Rayford, Andre Smith, Josh Chapman, Baron Huber, Travis McCall, Brian Selman, Terry Grant, Mike McCoy, Mike Johnson, Nikita Stover, Milton Talbert, Alfred McCullough and Matt Caddell.
