MORGANTOWN--A sleepless Rich Rodriguez addressed Mountaineer Nation Monday afternoon with a resounding wake-up call.

You have to earn respect, not expect it.

Speaking for the first time since the early hours of Sunday, Rodriguez talked about how everybody-- including himself,--has to "stay humble, stay hungry" for its Jan. 2 Fiesta Bowl encounter with Big XII champion Oklahoma in Glendale, Ariz. This was his motto for the 2006 team, coming off a Sugar Bowl victory.
