Bears come calling
Two teams atop the Big 12 are set to clash on Saturday. The fifth-ranked Kansas Jayhawks (22-1, 7-1) play host to the much-improved Baylor Bears (17-4, 5-2) team that has made one of the most impressive turnarounds of any team in the country. Brandon Rush has played his best basketball of the season over the past two weeks and will look to lead the Jayhawks to win number 23 on the season. Bill Self is a little concerned with the way his team has played defense lately and will need his talented backcourt to pick it up against a very talented guard-oriented team.
It's usually a no-brainer.
Kansas playing Baylor, no matter the venue, is a lock for the Jayhawks. The Baylor of old is no more, as the Bears are putting together a very impressive season and look to be headed for postseason play.
