Will he play or will he redshirt?

Barrett Trotter will have to wait for at least a couple of more days for the answer as head coach Tommy Tuberville elected to delay the decision on Auburn's backup quarterback Sunday.

"We need another day," Tuberville said. "It didn't go as well as I would have hoped in terms of mistakes and stuff from all of them. We need another day of looking at all of them and trying to figure out who can do what."

According to Tuberville, Kodi Burns will start for the second straight game at West Virginia Thursday night. Trotter, a true freshman, competed with sophomore Neil Caudle for the backup position last week.
