Last year in Blacksburg, Virginia, I saw the Virginia Tech Hokies man handle the 2007 Florida State Football team. I know the score was close well into the second half, but if you were there, you know what I mean. Florida State had an opportunity to come up with an upset on the road last year, but the Hokies were just too strong and fast. The Seminoles made some big mistakes coming down the stretch and sort of imploded. Christian Ponder had to come in for Drew Weatherford and performed admirably until three turnovers late in the game proved too much to overcome.
