Without a doubt, Florida State's defense had its worst outing of the season.



Boston College's final drive put an exclamation point on the game by emasculating the Seminole defense. The Eagles put together a 16-play, 67-yard drive on all running plays that ate up nearly nine precious minutes off the clock. Not only did the drive result in a field goal which dashed all hopes at a last minute comeback, FSU's offense was left with just 20 seconds on the game clock.



What happened in the final nine minutes of the game was just one of many time-consuming drives the Eagle offense orchestrated on the evening.
