Who else? With his four-yard burst in the fourth quarter, Pat White became the all-time leading quarterback rusher in NCAA history. White's 200 yards against the Cardinals (9.5 average) Saturday gave him a career 4,292 with three games to go.
"I have been under center at West Virginia for a while," he said with a slight smile. "I have had a lot of success and a great offensive line. I want to thank all the offensive linemen, even the ones who have been here before," said White.
That would include left tackle Ryan Stanchek, who made his 44th consecutive start against U of L; Greg Isdaner, who saw his record of 34 consecutive starts come to a close, and Donny Barclay, who with WR Brad Starks, opened for the first time in his career.
