Sooners Find Future at Kicker
Oklahoma's football team has had it's troubles this year at different positions at different points in the season but few areas of the team have so consistently been problematic as the kicking game. To that end the Sooners have sought out the state of Oklahoma's top-ranked kicker for the third straight year. Following Jimmy Stevens and Tress Way is Norman North star Bryce Easley.
While Easley has committed to Oklahoma it's not quite your traditional Sooner commitment.
"Right now because of the (Rhett) Bomar situation, they lack two scholarships for one more year," Easley explained. "So after those two semesters I'll have a full ride. I guess I'm kind of committing to 2010."
