2010 Spotilght: Offensive Line

USCFootball.com In 2008, the Trojans signed a five-man group that was considered the top offensive line class in the country.
Less than one calendar year later, that class is down to three. While Tyron Smith, Matt Kalil, and Khaled Holmes all have the look of multi-year starters, Daniel Campbell was an academic casualty, and Matt Meyer's football career is now lost to chronic injury.
Subsequently, the losses of Meyer and Campbell have changed the landscape on offensive line recruiting.
First, it's become imperative that USC sign three offensive linemen in the 2009 class. With verbal commitments from Agoura (Calif.) tackle/guard Kevin Graf and Salt Lake City (Utah) Cottonwood center John Martinez, the Trojans are looking to finish with Provo (Utah) Timpview tackle/guard Xavier Su'a Filo as the third piece.
