After serving as Beau Sweeney's backup in 2007, Jeff Tuel finally got a chance to step into the spotlight last fall. The 6-foot-3, 207-pound quarterback accounted for 2,379 all-purpose yards and 17 touchdowns while leading Fresno (Calif.) Clovis West to a Division-1 Central Section Championship.
