Mike Hartvigson received a pleasant surprise when Washington State head coach Paul Wulff stopped by his school on January 23rd. That was the day the Cougars became the first program to offer the two-way standout from Bothell (Wash.) High a scholarship. Hartvigson got a chance to attend Washington State's Junior Day event earlier this month, and he came away impressed.
