Goodyear (Ariz.) four-star safety Marquis Flowers may be turning the corner as a national recruit.

At 6-foot-3, 200-pounds, Flowers has a highlight reel full of touchdown runs, touchdown catches, big hits and interceptions. As the May Evaluation Period begins, the nation's most prestigious football programs are taking notice.

Last Thursday, Flowers received an unexpected scholarship offer from USC.
